- لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع، ولكن يمكنك استبدال المنتج بمقاس أو منتج آخر

:ما يمكنك فعله
1. استلام الطلب
2. تجربته أثناء انتظار شركة الشحن
3. إعادته مع شركة الشحن إذا لم يكن مناسبًا

 

:مبادئ الاستبدال والاسترجاع

- مراعاة سياسة الاستبدال: يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وفي حالتها الأصلية مع جميع البطاقات المرفقة
- مدة الاستبدال: يتم قبول الاستبدال في غضون 5-6 أيام من تاريخ استلامك للمنتج
- رسوم الشحن: يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن عند الاستبدال إلا في حالة وجود خطأ من جانبنا
- محدودية الاسترجاع: الاسترجاع غير متاح، ولكن يمكن استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر

- Exchange Time Frame: Exchanges are accepted within 5-6 days from the date you received the product.
- Shipping Fees: The customer bears the shipping costs for exchanges unless the error was made on our part.
- Return Limitation: Returns are not allowed, but you can exchange the product for another item.
