    • To request an exchange, our team will schedule a pickup and inspect the product during collection.
    • If the product satisfies all required conditions, the exchange process will be initiated.

Conditions and Requirements

  • Products must:
    • Be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
    • Show no signs of damage, stains, or use.
  • Non-Eligible Items:
    • Products that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

Shipping Policy

  • Pre-Order Delivery Time:
    • Products ordered during pre-order periods require 7-10 business days for delivery.
  • Standard Delivery Time:
    • Products ordered outside of pre-order periods will be delivered within 3-4 business days.
  • Advance Payment for Out-of-City Orders:
    • Customers placing orders outside the city must pay the shipping fee in advance to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Multiple Sizes for Comparison:
    • Shipping more than one size for comparison is not permitted.
  • Package Inspection:
    • Opening or inspecting the package during delivery is not allowed.

Refund and Exchange Policy
